At Smart Cab LLC, the safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. During inclement weather, we adjust our services to ensure everyone’s well-being. Please review the following guidelines:

Service Adjustments

Severe weather, such as snow, ice, or flooding, may lead to delays or temporary service suspensions. Check our website or social media for real-time updates.

Driver Safety

Our drivers prioritize safety by avoiding hazardous areas. Trips may pause or reroute if conditions worsen to ensure safe travel.

Out-of-Town Trips

For destinations like Topeka, Kansas City Airport (MCI), or Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport (ICT), we recommend checking road conditions before booking. Trips may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.

Customer Guidelines

Plan ahead and allow extra time for travel during inclement weather. Provide a valid phone number for updates in case of last-minute changes to your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

We waive cancellation fees for weather-related cancellations. If we cancel a trip due to weather, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
