Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be 18 years or older. Provide accurate information. Comply with laws and regulations. Riders under the age of 18 must have parental consent or be accompanied by an adult. In the event consent is not given and a minor falsely uses our service, we will not be held resposible or liable for that minor.

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website or by phone, Rates are $2.65 per mile. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Debit cards displaying the Visa or Mastercard logo. Cash payments are also excepted.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before your trip. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur an extra fee. We will not charge you for your trip until your dersired pickup time and location. There is a non reundable scheduling fee due at the time of booking your trip.

User Conduct

You agree to:

Treat drivers and staff respectfully.Avoid causing damage to our vehicles. Refrain from illegal activities during trips.

Limitation of Liability

Smart Cab LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events like weather or traffic. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence.
